We are thrilled to invite you to join us as a vendor at Encounter Life Church’s 9th Annual Mother’s Day Tea & Brunch—a joyful celebration of legacy, love, and community. Each year, this event continues to grow, and we are excited to welcome entrepreneurs, authors, and service providers to showcase their gifts and services. We anticipate more than 125 guests in attendance, and we would love for you to be part of this dynamic and spirit-filled experience.

FAQ's
How do I know my booth application was accepted?
Once your application is submitted along with your booth vendor fee, it will be reviewed by the team to ensure it meets the guidelines. After the review process, you will be contacted within 1 week with an acceptance or regret. if we are unable to accommodate your booth, the payment will returned in full immediately.
What happens once I am accepted?
Once accepted, you will need to submit a brief description of your business including your signage (in PDF format), and a headshot of yourself to be included in our advertisement before March 1st.
What is included in my $100 Vendors fee?
Included in your Vendor's fee is a 6-foot table to display their merchandise. Please feel free to bring your own signage, business cards or other professional stands and advertisement. You will also receive one admissions ticket (valued at $60 per ticket), and pre-event advertising.
What if I want to bring guests?
Guests are more than welcome to attend as long as there are additional tickets available. Tickets will be available for Vendors to purchase additional tickets at a rate of $60 each, or $50 for 10 or more.
When can I set up my booth?
You will have the option to set up your booth on Friday, May 2nd, 2025 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. All tables must be set up prior to the start of the Tea, which is 9 am on May 3rd . We ask that all
supplies not displayed on your table are stored in containers that will fit in the space under your table
